Founder and CEO

Sharon is a founding member of National Property Management LLC which at present manages Virginia Anne Apartment Complex in Terrell, Texas; Meadowcrest Apartments in Gainesville, Florida, as well as other residential and commercial properties in Florida and the Northeast. She is well-versed in all phases of commercial and residential real estate development and all phases of construction management. She is also part of a team that manages hotels in Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Florida. Education: 1978-1982 Marymount College, Tarrytown, New York; 1982-1983 Syracuse University.

Vice President of Operations

Cristina is currently Vice President of Operations with several years of experience working with CT-USA-Builders, Inc. which owns and manages properties in the Northeast. Education: 2007-2009 University of Connecticut; 2009-2011 Academy of Art, San Francisco, CA.
